**Surah At-Talāq, 65:2-3**
**Arabic:**
وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُۥ مَخْرَجًا وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ وَمَنْ يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُۥۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِۦۚ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا
**Translation:**
And whoever is mindful of Allah, He will make for him a way out. And He will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah, then He is enough for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set a measure for everything.
**Simple Meaning:**
If a person leaves haram things, fears Allah, and trusts Him, Allah opens a door for them. That means Allah can make a problem easier, give a solution, and provide help in ways we do not expect.
**Life Example:**
If a child leaves cheating because they want to please Allah, Allah can give them honesty, good friends, and success in a clean way.
2. **Another Qur’an Source:**
**Surah Al-‘Ankabūt, 29:69**
**Arabic:**
وَالَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَاۚ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمَعَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
**Translation:**
Those who strive for Our sake, We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good.
**Simple Meaning:**
When people try hard to obey Allah and leave something for His sake, Allah helps them by guiding them to what is best.

**Hadith Arabic:**
إِنَّكَ لَنْ تَدَعَ شَيْئًا لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَّا بَدَّلَكَ اللَّهُ بِهِ مَا هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكَ مِنْهُ
**Meaning:**
You will never leave something for Allah’s sake except that Allah will replace it with something better for you.
**Simple Explanation:**
The Prophet ﷺ is teaching us that when we give up something bad or something Allah does not like, Allah can give us something better in return.

- **Ibn Kathir** said in his tafsir of Surah At-Talāq that this verse is a great promise from Allah for the one who fears Him.
- **Imam al-Qurtubi** explained that “a way out” means relief from hardship and escape from what troubles a person.
